Hi, i acidently formatted a ntfs drive to fat32, the drive hasnt been written to since this,

Might be this procedure;

Your partition should be still in the partition table, because you didn't delete it?
In the menu Advanced, you can change your FAT32 drive to NTFS.
Easily check the menu Type and confirm with enter.
Confirm with enter to proceed.
Now at the right your cursor should be blinking.
Type the partition ID 07 for NTFS
Now you would be able to use the menu "Boot".
